WINDSOR FOR THE DERBY featured on Marie Antoinette Soundtrack
Posted: October 13th, 2006 by LegacyReleased this week, Windsor for the Derby is featured on the soundtrack for Marie Antoinette – the new Sofia Coppola film. Their contribution, “Melody Of A Fallen Tree” (from 2004′s We Fight Til Death) is in good company along side The Cure, Siouxsie & The Banshees, Bow Wow Wow, Gang of Four as well as a slew of other like minds.
To celebrate the collaboration, there will be a party hosted by Filter at the Hiro Lounge in the Maritime Hotel New York on November 2nd. WFTD will share the stage with Bow Wow Wow. Gang of Four’s David Allen will DJ between sets.
The movie is slated for release on October 20th.
