BLK JKS Featured on CNN’s Inside Africa

BLK JKS had a lot of time away from home in 2009 (including a few months in snowy Bloomington), so we are stoked to see them contentedly smelling the South African air in this video by CNN. The story follows Mpumi and Tshepang chilling in Soweto and discussing the reception of their music at home.  Also, Africa’s Best New Band (BLK JKS, duh) plays a show in Cape Town at the Purple Turtle, which is my new favorite venue based on the neon sign alone.
