RACEBANNON Takes No Prisoners From New York to L.A.

The slumbering giant has awoken. RACEBANNON took a break from the road to conjure up the demented beats, demonic riffs and deviant howls that will explode on their next, most fuck-frightenest album yet, tentatively titled Acid or Blood; and now the momentum from this resurrection is too great to ignore. The band has hit the highways to drop this collection of heavy hymns on souls both thirsty and unsuspecting, from coast to cursed coast. Gospel will join them for most of these bone-crushing 30 dates. See Tourdates here. And be afraid.

RACEBANNON Singles & Rarities Collection Now In Stores

Our friends at Alone Records have released a double-disc collection of RACEBANNON’s out of print seven inches, compilation tracks and a few bites of unreleased material aptly titled THE INEVITABLE? SINGLES AND RARITIES 1997-2005. Spanning nine years, it features all the hard to find tracks from the Majhas and Helen Of Troy splits, the Black Sabbath, Sonic Youth and Captain Beefheart tributes and beyond. It documents the history of one of Indiana’s most important and prolific heavy bands and lays the groundwork for works to come.
