SWEARING AT MOTORISTS Prepare For Tour With The Hold Steady

The world’s local band Swearing At Motorists will be hitting the rowdy road in support of their new album LAST NIGHT BECOMES THIS MORNING (out Feb 7th) on February 1st with NYC’s The Hold Steady. They’ll make their trek of the USA for five weeks and then will take a rest in Philadelphia until SXSW in late March. It’s been too long since these road warriors were actively touring and we’re excited to see them rev up once again. Check here for tour dates which will be regularly updated all year.

SWEARING AT MOTORISTS Tour Italy, Prep New Full-Length

Secretly Canadian’s very own Two-Man Who will be spending their holiday season on tour in Italy honing their stage show after a quiet few years, preparing for a big 2006 when (on Valentine’s Day) their first album since 2002 will be released. A career-defining album, “Last Night Becomes This Morning” is frontman Dave Doughman’s indie version of “Running On Empty”. It was recorded on the road, between and while on tour in various locations – at soundchecks, in hotel rooms, rehearsal halls and on the bus (if you listen closely, you can hear the engine whine and the gears change). It is an album about two artists in love and how their craft keeps them apart. This needle-drop instant classic is the perfect Valentine’s Day gift.
