Official Rules – Cherry Glazer Test Pressing Contest

 

Official Rules:

 

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

2. To Enter:  Enter by following Cherry Glazerr at one of the links/platforms (Youtube, Spotify) or by subscribing to the Cherry Glazerr newsletter, all via the provided link. All entries must be received between 11:00AM ET on Thursday, September 14, 2023 and 11:00PM ET on Monday, October 1, 2023. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Secretly Group will not verify receipt of entries. In case of dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.  Entries become the property of Secretly Group and will not be returned. Secretly Group and its advertising and promotions agencies are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic.

3. Prize: One (1) winner will be awarded: (i) one test pressing vinyl LP of their choice from Chery Glazerr’s catalog with Secretly Canadian; (ii) four (4) winners will receive a test pressing vinyl LP from Chery Glazerr’s catalog with Secretly Canadian, chosen at random. Total approximate retail value of $25. Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual final retail value is not noted and will not be awarded. NO TRANSPORTATION OR OTHER AMENITIES WILL BE PROVIDED. No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed. Prize is not transferable. Any taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Secretly Group reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if featured prize becomes unavailable.

4. Drawing and Awarding of Prize: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will take place on or about October 3, 2023 and will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final.  Prize winner will be notified by email following the drawing and may be required to execute and return a release within 24 hours of notification. If potential winner cannot be reached or does not respond within the applicable time period, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

5. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries received.

6. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia who are age 13 or older on the date of entry and have active Internet access prior to the first date of this promotion. Employees of Secretly Group and any featured artist, their parent and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. Secretly Group reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Secretly Group corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes. In such event, Secretly Group may award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Secretly Group and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or network failure of any kind, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the sweepstakes. Secretly Group may prohibit an entrant from participating in the sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstake by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practice (including use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass other entrants or Sponsor representatives. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless, Secretly Group, the featured artist and their agencies from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize. Winners agree that Secretly Group may use their name or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation.

7. List of Winners: For a list of winners or a copy of these Official Rules, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope for receipt by October 5, 2024 to Secretly Group, NAME OF SWEEPS, 330 Wythe Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11249 Attn: Business Affairs. Specify rules or winner information. VT residents may omit return postage.

Facebook/Twitter/Instagram or any other social medial platforms are not sponsors, endorsers or administrators of this Sweepstakes and is not associated or affiliated with the Sweepstakes or its sponsors.
