Official Rules:

 

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

2. To Enter:  Enter to win by tagging a friend HERE and following @secretlycanadian and @yeahyeahyeahs on Instagram. All signups must be received by 1:30pm ET on April 26, 2023. Secretly Group will not verify receipt of entries.  In case of dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the handle submitted at the time of entry.   Sponsor and its advertising and promotions agencies are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic.

3. Prize:  Up to five (5) winners will be awarded: two (2) tickets to Yeah Yeah Yeahs at the KROQ DTS Sound Space in Los Angeles, California on April 28, 2023. Total approximate retail value of $0.  Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual final retail value is not noted and will not be awarded. NO TRANSPORTATION OR OTHER AMENITIES WILL BE PROVIDED.  No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed.  Prize is not transferable.  Any taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.   Secretly Group reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if featured prize becomes unavailable. The winners and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) KROQ, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Sponsor and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Sponsor and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winners and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.

4. Drawing and Awarding of Prize:  The winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries at the date and time of drawing.  Drawing will take place on or about April 26, 2023 and will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final.  Prize winners will be notified via Instagram following the drawing and may be required to execute and return a release within 24 hours of notification.  If potential winners cannot be reached or does not respond within the applicable time period, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

5. Odds:  Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries received.

6. Eligibility:  Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States or the District of Columbia who are age 13 or older on the date of entry and have active Instagram accounts.  Employees of Secretly Group and any featured artist, their parent and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible.  All federal, state and local laws apply.  Void where prohibited.  Secretly Group reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should any virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Secretly Group corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes.  In such event, Secretly Group may award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. Secretly Group and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or network failure of any kind, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the sweepstakes.  Secretly Group may prohibit an entrant from participating in the sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstake by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practice (including use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass other entrants or Sponsor representatives.   By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless, Secretly Group, the featured artist and their agencies from any loss, damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize.  Winners agree that Secretly Group may use their name or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation.

7.  List of Winners:  For a list of winners or a copy of these Official Rules, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope for receipt by April 26, 2024 to Secretly Group, Yeah Yeah Yeahs Sound Space, 330 Wythe Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11249 Attn: Business Affairs.  Specify rules or winner information. VT residents may omit return postage.
